Post Turkey Season 2012
Everybody ready for Turkey Season???????????? I am counting down the days until May 1st. I just hope that it stays cool enough so that we are not walking around the woods sweating on May 1st. The way this winter has been going it will be 80 degress by then. Hopefully we can get some good footage this year and make a good video by the end of may.

John

I bought a new turkey call at the expo in Rockland. I have never seen one like it before? Anyone ever see a scratch box? Its really easy to use. A guy from P.A. makes them by hand. Sounds great. I started driving my wife crazy already with the calls in the house he he he he. I cant wait. We should get a bunch of us together during the turkey season.

I'm ready. Just saw some huge toms yesterday in the middle of the day eating in the fields out in Suffolk. They need a season down here! Got a brand new shotgun and my favorite bolt action 12 gauge that I camo'd this winter. We should definitely get together for a hunt!

I am starting to get the Birdy Itch....the green grass starts it up. (No not an official allergy)
It would be great to gang up on some birds this year.
They are in big trouble!!!

Hey guys sorry I have been MIA, I started my new job and have been working like crazy. I hope it’s only a temporary insanity but only time will tell. I have been working until between 9 and 11. The other night I didn’t get home until 2:15am. I am really looking forward to turkey season to bet back in the woods so I can clear my mind. Not looking forward to waking up early as sleep is in short supply these days but I know once I hear that first gobble of the season I will be ready to roll.
